uuok Terms and Conditions
This page sets out all the conditions, restrictions, and the rights and responsibilities of members using the uuok platform. Please read these terms carefully before using the site.
1 General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the uuok website and all services included within it. The moment you open an account or begin using any service on uuok, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

- These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.
- uuok reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time.
- Continuing to use the site after updated Terms are published means you agree to the new Terms.
- If any dispute arises in connection with these Terms, uuok's decision shall be considered final.
- Use of this platform by minors (persons under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
Registration Requirements
The following conditions must be met to open an account on uuok:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- Each person may open only one account.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
- Opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is not permitted.
- Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information is a punishable offence.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals
uuok's financial transactions are processed through mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

For Bank Transfers
- Transactions can be made through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.
- Processing time for bank transfers may be somewhat longer than for mobile banking.
- The bank account name must match the registered name on the uuok account.
Special Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered account holder's own account — not to any third-party account.
- To withdraw funds received from a bonus, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met.
- Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be limited or put on hold.
- If any unusual activity is suspected, uuok may request additional verification.
4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Rules
uuok offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific conditions that members must follow.
Welcome Bonus
Members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit at uuok, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.
General Conditions for Other Bonuses
- The claim deadline for a bonus is stated in each offer's terms and must be strictly followed.
- The uuok Weekly Deposit Festival bonus offers up to 50% bonus (maximum ৳10,000), with 20x wagering.
- The uuok Slots Fun bonus offers up to 30% bonus daily on slot game deposits (maximum ৳5,000), with 25x wagering.
- The uuok Cricket Excitement reward offers up to 40% bonus on deposits for cricket betting (maximum ৳8,000), with 18x wagering.
- It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — please check the individual terms of each offer.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If uuok finds evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings associated with it.
5 Gaming Code of Conduct and Prohibitions
Permitted Activities
- Playing games fairly as a registered member.
- Using standard betting strategies (without software or bots).
- Operating a single account on a single device.
- Collecting your own bonuses and rewards.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots or scripts.
- Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
- Match-fixing or manipulative betting activity.
- Betting in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to access another member's account.
Consequences of Violating Prohibitions
If any of the above prohibitions are violated, uuok may take one or more of the following actions — without prior notice:
- Cancellation of the relevant bonus and any pending winnings.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
- Confiscation of the account balance.
- Notifying law enforcement authorities if necessary.
6 VIP Programme and Cashback Terms
uuok's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

How Cashback Is Calculated
- Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net weekly losses (total bets minus total winnings).
- Example: at Gold tier, a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 gives a cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
- Cashback is credited to the account after the designated time each week.
- VIP tier upgrades depend on a member's consistent activity and deposits.
- uuok reserves the right to change the VIP programme terms at any time — members will be notified before changes take effect.
7 Responsible Gaming Policy

Member Responsibilities
- Bet only within your means.
- Set your own deposit and betting limits.
- Gaming is not a source of income — it is entertainment only.
- Avoid betting while under the influence of alcohol or when under mental stress.

- If a technical error causes an abnormal win or bonus to be displayed, uuok reserves the right to cancel it.
- A loss of internet connection does not change the game result — the result saved on the server is final.

Liability Disclaimers
- uuok is not responsible for issues with a user's own device or internet connection.

10 Account Closure & Termination
Both members and uuok have the right to make decisions regarding an account.
Voluntary Closure by Member
- Any member may request account closure at any time.
- Any pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed.
- After the request is verified, any available balance will be returned.
Closure by uuok
- uuok may close an account in the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
- If evidence of fraud or manipulation is found, immediate action will be taken.
- Reactivation of a closed account is at uuok's discretion.
